Caring for Your Chain

Our chains come are gold-filled, meaning it's 14k gold content is the outer layer, over a metal as a base (vs. 100% solid gold).

They can withstand water, sweat, and can be tarnish resistant (won't turn green) with the proper care.

Avoid using lotion, tanning lotion, or products directly on the jewelry. Green tarnish is not normal and should not occur on your chain. If you notice a rose or pinkish tint, it usually means the chain has been exposed to lotions, self-tanner, or other kinds of chemicals.

Our sterling silver 925 chains should be polished, as any silver should.

Use mild dishwashing soap and warm water with a soft brush to clean any build-up.

Wear with care as the chains are dainty!

Our bracelets are connected to make it the "infinity" style, but that does not make it indestructible. Keep the chain and contact us, we'll happily re-weld it! :)

Our chains are custom fit to you, so they are non-refundable.
